3. Payment

Prices are listed in USD and processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

4. Refunds

5. License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, share login credentials, or post the materials publicly.

All course content, copy, design, and branding are owned by Tidy Reset and protected by copyright.

7. Disclaimer

The course offers practical decluttering guidance. Results vary and depend on your effort. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (e.g., sharing credentials, redistributing materials).
