1. Who we are
Tidy Reset ("we", "us") operates tidyreset.com and sells the Tidy Reset 7-day declutter mini course. Contact: hello@tidyreset.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email address and password (hashed) when you sign up.
- Purchase data: billing name, email, and country processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, device type, approximate location (from IP), and anonymous analytics events.
- Cookies: see our cookie usage in section 6.
3. How we use it
- To deliver the course (account access, PDFs, audio).
- To process payments and provide receipts.
- To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, password reset).
- To improve the product and measure advertising effectiveness.
4. Who we share data with
We share limited data with the processors that run our service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & auth), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), and our email provider. We never sell your data.
5. Advertising
We use Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure and optimize ads. These services may set cookies and receive your IP address and a hashed identifier when you visit. You can opt out via your browser settings or our cookie banner.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (login session, cart) and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to processing. Email hello@tidyreset.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
8. Data retention
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account exists, plus 7 years for tax/legal compliance. Analytics data is kept for up to 26 months.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email or a banner on the site.
