If Tidy Reset isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops. We just ask one thing: try at least one daily reset first so you actually see what's inside.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tidyreset.com from the address you used at checkout with the subject "Refund". Include your order number if you have it. We'll process the refund within 5 business days; it may take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Refunds requested after 14 days are reviewed case by case. Because the course is a digital product delivered immediately, we generally cannot refund after the guarantee window — but reach out if you have a special situation.

Upsells & bumps

The same 14-day guarantee applies to any add-on (order bump or upsell) purchased with your course.

Chargebacks

Please email us first — we will always refund within the policy. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
